Overview
Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1177, by Cyih. The establishment of Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä's construction back out of the project. Cyih pushed on reguardles, and Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä was built using the conventions of Gnoll durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä is is constructed arround a semi-circular crampt paverstone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city rests behind a set of well fortified walls, with gatehouses, watch towers, and battlments. Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä's walls are, howeaver, fashioned from stone and timber. While unorthadox, the design looks to be functional to a reasonable degree. With luck, the untested design will remain untested for years to come. The unusual yet seemingly effective fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä shows Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The city has another layer to it as well. Locals can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Slæ̈rn Kïnf-zmexä places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual, or at least, faking it.
